The sellers have agreed to address all our safety concerns, including a radon mitigation system. We've also been told that they plan on using the most reliable company around (very consistent with how they've kept the house up thus far). So, we continue to move forward in smooth (Godlike) fashion toward our closing date! We only have a few more hurdles to get to a successful close.
This weekend we sell everything but our children and our dog in what we're calling an EPICALLY HUGE yard sale. It's time to clean house - literally.
